AND WITH THAT CAN COME REALLY FREAKING HEAVY FEELINGS OF PRESSURE, ANXIETY, STRESS, LACK OF TRUST AND CONFIDENCE IN WHAT YOU'RE CREATING. BECAUSE YOU WANT TO DO IT SO WELL. YOU WANT TO GET IT RIGHT. YOU CARE SO MUCH!
BUT THEN IT CAN TURN INTO VICIOUS CYCLES OF BEING OVERLY CRITICAL OF YOURSELF OR OTHERS, SHORT, UNTRUSTING, AND JUDGEMENTAL. EVERYTHING JUST FEELS SERIOUS AND HEAVY. BLAH.

What I have come to find is our natural state of being feels like ease and flow.
When connected to it we kind and gentle to ourselves.
feel relief on a regular basis.
We feel a sense of "okayness" if we do not meet our goals or expectations.
We do not just know our work is good enough, but feel like our work is actually good enough.
We feel light, playful, and have more fun with our work process.
This is your ease & flow.
