1994 Bright. Optimistic.. Unsure. Much of my childhood I was always sick with undiagnosable autoimmune disease.
Child of the 90’s and 00’s. Chokers and fang bangs for days!
Straight A student. Athlete. Resident Good Girl. Inside I was drowning in anxiety, perfectionism, and struggling with feeling good enough.
Graduated high school and moved from Ohio to Arizona to attend ASU! Still struggled with autoimmune disease. Now starting to deal with gut issues and body dysmorphia, and a lot of anxiety.
Got married as a baby at 20 to my college sweetheart.
Early 20s- graduated nursing school from Arizona State University... began working as a psychiatric nurse. Worked for several years as a Trauma ICU nurse after that but didn’t love it, so returned to being a psych nurse. I missed talking to my patients!
Throughout my 20s I moved back and forth between the east coast and west coast between Arizona, Pennsylvania, California, and then North Carolina at 29.
Graduated from Georgetown University with my Master’s in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at 29.
Age 30-31-started to heal myself. Took the leap and left my marriage that wasn’t in alignment, left conventional medicine, and started traveling the world on my own. Autoimmune disease and gut issues start to go away.
Early 30’s - start doing training in mind body medicine and energy healing. Start to dream up my own wellness practice. Discover my love of hiking. Continue to travel the world as a single and free spirit.
